Shelby Center for Science & Technology, Huntsville - University of Ala-Huntsville

The project was 200,000 Square feet building with 33 labs, 13 classrooms, 2 auditoriums, and 146 offices.  Project included all plumbing, sheet metal fabrication & installation, lab piping, and mechanical piping.

Boeing Facility Maintenance, Huntsville, AL - Fite Bldg. Co.
The contract includes completed facility maintenance for the Boeing property located at the Huntsville International airport and all Redstone Arsenal facilities.

Madison Street Parking Garage, HSV Hosp - Robbins & Morton
Madison Street Tower; 4 floors were constructed on top of a 4 story Parking Deck to allow relocation of 84 beds into state-of-the-art Patient Rooms.  We installed all HVAC, plumbing and Medical Gas systems.  The infrastructure included 3 new Air-Cooled Chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, an updated Medical Vacuum system, protective-isolation rooms, and heat recovery systems. 

Calhoun Community College Math and Science Building - Consolidated Construction
The project included complete HVAC ductwork, piping, domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, new powerhouse, and acid waste systems for the three (3) floor, 84,000 square foot building.

HHS Emergency Department Renovations - Robbins & Morton
The project was 40,000 square feet of new construction which included 33 exam rooms, 6 trauma rooms, nurses stations and support rooms.  After this area became operational, renovations were performed on the 25,000 square foot existing Emergency Department, providing current-code compliant systems and enhanced comfort control.  The project consisted of installing all Plumbing, Mechanical, and Medical gas systems for the expansion of the Emergency Department at Huntsville Hospital.

Replace Primary Pumping Station Valves, Arnold Air Force Base - AEDC
Installation of (6) 24" cone valves, re-piping of existing pump discharges, and installation of a new fire pump system with accompanying electrical, painting, and abatement.

NASA Energy Upgrade to Chilled Water Facility, Building 4473 - NASA
The project included the erection of a 1,000,000 gallon chilled water tank, complete chilled water piping system with all associated equipment, electrical, and new pump building.

Samford University Boiler Plant #3 & Chiller Plant Expansion - Samford University
The project consisted of a complete new boiler house and chiller plant. Systems included; all general trades, new boiler system, and chilled water system.

Crestwood Medical Center, 30 Bed Addition - Hoar Construction
The project consisted of an additional 30 patient beds constructed over the existing hospital. Systems included; medical gas, chilled water, steam and condensate, domestic water, sanitary waste and vent. Major equipment included a new 750 ton chiller and a 750 hp boiler system.

System Software Engineering. Annex, Army Core of Engineers Ph 1 (SSEA) - Fite Bldg. Co.
The project consisted of the design and building of new 2 story, 80,000 square feet software engineering building. The project included complete HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems with administrative, software test labs and highbay assembly area.

U/G Sanitary/ Industrial Expansion Project - PCL
The 150,000 square-foot facility, when operational, will manufacture film.  This product is primarily used in the electronics industry.  Many areas of this plant are considered "clean room" spaces to assist in the quality control of the finished product. The project consisted of all piping work for the building utilities, including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, compressed air, nitrogen, breathing air, domestic water, and RO water.  Also installed were all plumbing systems; roof drains, floor drains, eyewash stations, and locker rooms.  The HVAC system we installed included 31 Central Station Air Handling Units, 2 Make-Up Air Units, several variable air volume zones, HEPA filtration of multiple areas, and humidity control.  Five areas included Computer-Room Air Conditioning systems.

HH, Replace AHU-3 - Huntsville Hospital
Replacement of an existing, deteriorated AHU with a new, modular 40,000 CFM AHU with variable volume within an existing mechanical space in the center of the hospital.

HH, Emergency Power Upgrade - Huntsville Hospital
Support utilities (fuel oil, ventilation, exhaust stack, muffler installation) to accompany the installation of a new Emergency Generator.

NASA Bldg 4777 Install 2nd Hi Current Source - Johnson Controls, Inc
Install piping and equipment to provide heat removal from existing testing machines.

Dunlop Retrofit Design build (SES Expansion) - Simco Construction., Inc
The project consisted up new utility piping for the new addition.

HH- Governor's Drive Bridge Replacement - Robbins & Morton
A replacement pedestrian bridge to support the widening of Governors Drive. This bridge also conveys basic utilities from Huntsville Hospital main to the Rehab facility; including steam, condensate, oxygen, etc.

HH-Gallatin Street Bridge - Robbins & Morton
A new pedestrian bridge connecting the Rehab facility with the new Governors Medical Tower.

Industrial Site Prep & Underground Piping - Austin AE COM
Provide underground piping systems; chilled water, chemical sewer, city water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer systems.

Industrial Chemical Sewer Piping
This project involves the installation of vertical steam stripper columns, stainless steel above ground chemical waste storage tanks, below ground HDPE storage tanks, multiple pump systems, heat exchangers, HDPE, fiberglass and stainless steel piping systems.

HH - Kitchen HVAC upgrade - Huntsville Hospital
Conditioned air upgrades for the existing kitchen at Huntsville Hospital main, including a new AHU and distribution ducts.

Industrial Chiller Installation
The project included assembling and installing a new 1200 ton chiller complete with a 24" piping system to support the new plant expansion project.

Samford University - Divinity Pipe Replacement

The project included a new 10,000 feet of 4" and 6" stainless pipe for the Resin building support. Systems include; Reverse Osmosis water, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Natural Gas, High Pressure Steam and Condensate.

Industrial Above Ground Plumbing & HVAC Package - Austin AE COM
The project included all above ground HVAC and plumbing work including; chilled water piping, HVAC ductwork, exhaust ductwork, major equipment, controls, insulation, boiler system, cooling tower piping, process water, domestic water, tempered water, R.O. Water, chemical sewer, sanitary waste and vent, breathing air, compressed air, storm piping, and all plumbing fixtures.

Goodyear Gadsden Sheetmetal Contract
The project included all new HVAC system and process system for the plant expansion.
