Southeast Water Treatment Plant & Raw Water Intake Structure

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC has awarded a subcontract to M&D Mechanical for the Plumbing and Mechanical portions of Huntsville Utilities new Southeast Water Treatment Plant and Raw Water Intake Structure. The project is located close to the Guntersville Dam Road and Highway 431 intersection, and consists of two separate project sites. Construction of the new facility is underway and is expected to be complete and in operation by early 2018. The new facility will treat millions of gallons of water daily to help serve Huntsville Utilities customers.
